Our triangle model is used by suppliers who wish to keep a local service organization with a hotline, and to sell the service contracts themselves.

These are usually suppliers whose revenue is based on the sales of reagents or consumables.

 

PEAK-Service line model



 

Our line model is used mostly by suppliers who do not wish to set up a local organization with hotline, and who do not wish to sell service contracts themselves.

These are usually suppliers whose revenue is based on the sales of instruments.

 

Business models : a purely strategic choice

For the supplier, the choice between a triangle model and a line model is based only on internal strategic considerations. 

In both models, our working ethics stay the same : 

  • We send only certified engineers on site.
  • We use only original spare parts.
  • We send all the service reports to the supplier.
  • We send all the service statistics to the supplier.
  • We pay a commission to the supplier
  • The quality criteria are the same.
  • The price for the customer is the same.

The customer will not see any difference in terms of pricing or in terms of quality.
